Hello....

Having completed our first visit with a "DAN" doctor, we now are going to start a yeast and mold free diet (dairy free as well). Just thought id ask if anyone here has done that diet or is doing is....i am looking on the internet for info as to how to carry this out, should i make menu plans? lists of foods that are ok? How do i know if the diet is working?

is it contrary to give probiotics during the yeast free diet? arent probiotics going to grow more yeast?
